HID KIT STARTUP TIME

  • HIDs can reach 20% of the standard brightness within 1 second; can reach 80% of the HID standard brightness within 4 seconds.


HID LIGHTING PROTECTION VOLTAGE

  • If the vehicle's voltage exceeds 19V, the HID kit's lighting ballast will stop working
    automatically, and make the HID output power below 45W, to protect the ballast and
    bulb from damage. When the vehicle's voltage is 8V, the HID kit's lighting ballast still can
    work normally, but when the vehicle's voltage is below 7V, the HID kit's lighting ballast will
    stop working to protect your investment, the HID kit, from damage.


HID KIT LIGHTING REVERSE POLARITY PROTECTION

  • The HID kit's lighting ballast will stop working automatically if a reverse polarity occurs. In other words, your HID kit's lighting will not be damaged due to an electrical problem related to your vehicle, or because of improper installation of the HID kit.
